The coating provides anti corrosive performance in unique applications. The pcp coated pipes can be used in thermal resistant projects because the coating acts as a thermal barrier. Hand warping and extrusion methods can make these coatings applicable as external coatings. The epdm pipeline coating is used as lining for riser clamps. The coating is usually at a 3mm thick layer. Depending on the need of the application, the epdm pipe coating can offer design performance and technical performance. The applications include fittings and bends, gas pipe lines, girth weld joints and flanges. The pentachlorophenol (pcp) coating can be used in applications that transport general corrosive material and highly corrosive material under low to medium temperatures. Please contact us for more information on the ethylene propylene diene monomer coating and other types of coated pipes.
PCP AND EPDM Coated Pipe is made up of a rubber coating system. It could be either polychloroprene coated or EPDM coating. The PCP AND EPDM Coated Pipe can operate at low temperatures up to 95 degrees Celsius. The EPDM can go up to 130 degrees Celsius in operation. These coatings can be applied to joints, bends straight pipes and fabricated spools. The coating is applied internally to the spools and other custom structures. The pcp and epdm coating is a solid solution for applications such as anti fouling coatings, splash zones and internal linings.
